Join Miriam for a yoga class for children ages 3-12 and thier families. We will have fun exploring breathing and movement exercises. Parents will learn techniques that they can use with children at home for energizing, focusing and/or calming.
Miriam is a children's yoga and meditation instructor. She presently teaches the Arrowsmith program for children and adults with learning disabilities. She likes learning, kibitzing and playing with her little son Zev.
